MUSIC IS A TREAT
Thursday, February 13, 2020
Pleasanton Middle School Multipurpose Building
TICKETS: SOLD OUT
The PMS Music Department and PMS Music Boosters are proud to present Music is a Treat, a special evening of beautiful music and delicious food. Enjoy a seated dinner featuring delicious Italian cuisine and Valentine-themed desserts. There will be a silent auction and a live cake auction. Entertainment will be provided by our own PMS students. All bands/ensembles will be performing throughout the evening. All proceeds go to the PMS Music Boosters and the PMS Music Program.
This event has a limited seating capacity and advanced ticket purchase is required. The event is open to people of all ages, but tickets are required for all guests, regardless of age. Performing students do NOT need a ticket. No tickets are available at the door. This event is SOLD OUT and no additional tickets are available.
If you want to be a part of the Music is a Treat event but didn't get a ticket, it's not too late to sign up as a volunteer! We still need some more folks to help us make sure that the evening runs smoothly and everyone has a wonderful time! To sign up as a volunteer, simply click the link below and then click "SIGN UP" next to the volunteer role you would like to fill.
We need your help to make this event a success. We are still in need of additional silent auction items and desserts for the live dessert auction. Auction items might include gift cards, spa items, vouchers, event tickets, vacation/getaway packages, memorabilia and collectables, art pieces, handmade/boutique items, and more.
Even if you are not able to donate these items yourself, you can still help by personally reaching out to local businesses to ask for donations. You can use THIS DONATION REQUEST LETTER which includes the event date, contact information, and our tax ID number. Donated items can be dropped off at the PMS counseling offices during normal business hours with either Susan Dunnegan or Joy Iwata.
